IN THIS LESSON
Decisions are rarely based on volume of information.
They are based on clarity, credibility, and perceived stability.
Primary Drivers
Consistency (Do your actions and claims align over time?)
Credibility (Do you appear reasonable and grounded?)
Structure (Is your information organized and understandable?)
Third-party input (GALs, evaluators, etc.)
Time constraints (What can be assessed quickly?)
What Does NOT Drive Decisions (as much as people think)
Emotional intensity
Volume of evidence
“Being right” in a broad sense
Why This Matters
You can have:
strong evidence
valid concerns
…but if it is:
disorganized
reactive
difficult to follow
it will not carry the weight it should
Apply This
Prioritize clarity over quantity
Present patterns, not isolated incidents
Focus on consistency over time
